R.I.P., Ron and Steve

What a shame domestic rats don't live more than a year or two, because they can make great pets. Ron and Steve were terrific pets: hilarious, busy, and very affectionate. Ron, especially, liked nothing more than to be held.

Steve died in the spring of 2007, at just over two years of age. Ron died in August, 2007, while being gently held.
