[curn-users] curn,v ersion 3.0, is available

curn, version 3.0, has been released to the web. Full details are available at
"http://www.clapper.org/software/announcements/java/curn/v30.html";. The
software can be downloaded from the curn home page, at
"http://www.clapper.org/software/java/curn/";.

There are lots of bug fixes and enhancements in this release of curn.
Perhaps the biggest enhancement is the addition of a plug-in API, allowing
the development and deployment of finely-grained plug-ins capable of
intercepting curn's processing at various phases.
