[curn-users] curn, version 3.1, has been released




curn, version 3.1, has been posted to the web. You can download it
from the curn home page, http://www.clapper.org/software/java/curn/

This release contains various bug fixes and enhancements, including:

- Support for the JSR 223 (javax.script) scripting engine
- Better concurrency support (to be enhanced further in subsequent
  releases)
- Conditional variable substitution
- Configuration file can now be specified as a URL, not just a path to a
  local file
- Plug-ins can now save and restore data in the curn metadata file
  (formerly called the "curn cache")
- curn now uses the ROME (https://rome.dev.java.net/)a RSS parser by
  default. curn's old MiniRSSParser has been removed.
