Well, I wrote curn for myself, and that functionality was/is suitable for
how I use it. It writes static HTML files, and can retain old copies of
those files. For my purposes, it's fine the way it is. I'm willing to
enhance its capabilities for the benefit of others, of course, but I
originally wrote the tool for my own use, and many its capabilities reflect
what I wanted out of an RSS reader.

I'm not wedded to the names; they're just examples. I'm trying to get a
handle on the *functionality* you want, not specific names.
